Steps After Readmission

Steps to take after being readmitted:

• Activate your NinerNet & access MyCharlotte accounts
  • NinerNet allows you access to your university email and other student account information.
  • My.charlotte.edu account allows you to access your student record, register for courses, and access e-billing.
• Schedule an advising appointment with your major advisor. Please contact your major department for more information for scheduling an advising meeting.
• Register for courses after meeting with your major advisor.
  • To register for courses log into My.Charlotte.edu account.
  • For additional information and directions on registering, visit Registration Information.
• Complete all financial aid requirements outlined in My.Charlotte.edu
• Apply for Scholarships using the Student Application Portal.
• Waive or enroll in UNC Charlotte’s health insurance.
  • All students are required to show proof of health insurance or pay the fee for semester coverage through the University.
• Purchase a parking permit through Parking and Transportation Services.
  • Enforcement of parking permits begins on the first day of class.
• Contact the 49er Finish Coordinator if you need additional assistance.
  • I can assist you in getting reconnected with your major department for advising and registration and answer questions about remaining general education requirements and university policies.
